Self-Defense

We’re kind of obsessed with kettlebells, and you will be too! These versatile weights are the Swiss Army knives of fitness equipment. Not only do they save space, but they also pack a punch in your workout routine. But don’t worry, we’re not kettlebell-exclusive. We’ll use whatever gear gets the job done right, even if it means getting creative with what you’ve got lying around. Let’s just say, your workout will never be boring!

About Me

 I kicked off my fitness journey at the early age of 16, starting with Muay Thai and competing in local events in the Bay Area. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training with both professional and amateur fight teams, earning my NASM certification, and coaching clients across a wide range of goals and abilities. From complete beginners to athletes, I’ve worked with people of all fitness levels, whether they’re learning their first punch, building strength with weights, or fine-tuning advanced skills.


With over 14 years in the health and fitness industry, my experience spans striking arts, functional training, and strength work using dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. I’m constantly learning and refining my craft so I can bring the most effective, sustainable training methods to my clients.


Why did I start this business? Simple, I want to share the knowledge and habits that have helped me live a healthier, stronger, and more confident life. Health and fitness should be a part of your lifestyle, not just a passing trend. In a world full of quick-fix fitness fads, I focus on real, lasting change through sustainable practices. My goal is to help you find training that’s both effective and enjoyable, so you can stay fit, capable, and confident for life.
