 Fight Flow Fitness delivers private personal training in Summerlin, Las Vegas, available in your dedicated home training space or at Kilo Club. Skip crowded commercial gyms and eliminate wasted commute time while following a structured program focused on measurable progress.


  • Convenience: Train in your own space or at Kilo Club. Sessions are scheduled around your life so consistency becomes sustainable, not stressful. 


  • Training Built Around You: Choose strength training, Muay Thai / Kickboxing, or a hybrid of both. Programs are tailored to your goals, whether that means building muscle, reducing body fat, improving endurance, or simply feeling stronger. We use your existing equipment, provide kettlebells for in-home sessions, or leverage expanded equipment options at Kilo Club.


  • Structured, Results-Driven Programming: Every session follows a clear progression. For some, the focus is body composition and energy. For others, it is strength development, skill refinement, or overall performance. Your training adjusts as your goals and capacity evolve.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength training forms the foundation of most programs. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving body composition, or increasing overall fitness, progressive resistance training drives long-term results.


We use kettlebells and other effective tools to build full-body strength, coordination, and resilience, either in your home or with expanded equipment access at Kilo Club.

Self-Defense

Muay Thai develops real striking skill. Sessions focus on technical execution, footwork, timing, and controlled intensity. You will improve coordination and stamina while learning to apply technique effectively.


In addition to fitness benefits, you gain practical self-defense awareness and confidence through structured skill development.

Functional Fitness

Training should carry over into real life. Our programming improves how you move every day. Whether lifting, striking, or performing bodyweight movements, sessions support better posture, joint health, balance, and overall physical capability.

About Me

I began training in Muay Thai at 16 and competed in local events throughout the Bay Area. Over the years, I have trained alongside both amateur and professional fight teams, earned my NASM personal trainer certification, and coached clients across a wide range of goals and experience levels.


From complete beginners learning their first punch to individuals focused on building strength or refining advanced skills, I have worked with clients at every stage of their fitness journey. With over 14 years in the health and fitness realm, my background spans striking arts, functional training, and strength development using kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. I remain committed to continual learning and refining my methods so I can deliver training that is both effective and sustainable.


I started Fight Flow Fitness to share the structure, discipline, and habits that have shaped my own life. Health and fitness should be part of your lifestyle, not a short-term phase. In an industry filled with quick fixes and trends, my focus remains on long-term progress built through consistent, purposeful training.
