I began training in Muay Thai at 16 and competed in local events throughout the Bay Area. Over the years, I have trained alongside both amateur and professional fight teams, earned my NASM personal trainer certification, and coached clients across a wide range of goals and experience levels.
From complete beginners learning their first punch to individuals focused on building strength or refining advanced skills, I have worked with clients at every stage of their fitness journey. With over 14 years in the health and fitness realm, my background spans striking arts, functional training, and strength development using kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. I remain committed to continual learning and refining my methods so I can deliver training that is both effective and sustainable.
