GOT QUESTIONS? WE'VE GOT ANSWERS!

What is Fight Flow Fitness?

Fight Flow Fitness provides private personal training in Summerlin, available in-home or at Kilo Club. Sessions are fully personalized and may focus on:

  • Strength training
  • Muay Thai / Kickboxing
  • A hybrid of both

We prioritize structured programming, measurable progress, and sustainable training habits. Each client receives a plan tailored to their goals, experience level, and schedule.

How do I get started?

Step 1
Schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss your goals and determine if we are a good fit.

Step 2
We schedule an initial session that includes a sample training session combined with a movement assessment. This allows you to experience the coaching style and structure before committing. There is no pressure to continue if it does not feel like the right fit.

How often should I train?

If you are just starting out or have not been consistently active, I recommend two sessions per week for the first four to six weeks. This allows your body to adapt gradually and reduces the risk of burnout or excessive soreness.

It is common for people to do too much too soon. A steady and structured approach builds long-term consistency. After the initial period, most clients transition to three sessions per week. Ongoing frequency can range from three to five sessions per week.

This depends on your goals, recovery capacity, and lifestyle.

How long are the session?

Standard training sessions are 60 minutes.

This provides enough time for:

  • Warm-up
  • Focused training
  • Structured progression

Without rushing the session.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required.

Programs are built around your current ability level. Whether you are completely new to training or have previous experience, sessions are structured to ensure safe progression and proper technique development.

Do I need any equipment to start training with you?

 For Muay Thai training:

  • A pair of boxing gloves is required
  • Hand wraps are strongly recommended
  • For in-home sessions, approximately a 10x10 open space is needed
  • At Kilo Club, sessions take place in a full matted MMA and boxing room

For strength training:

  • No equipment is required to begin
  • We can use equipment you already have
  • Kettlebells and tools can be provided for in-home sessions
  • Kilo Club offers expanded strength and conditioning equipment

What areas do you service for in-home training?

In-home personal training is currently offered within Summerlin. Clients outside Summerlin may be accommodated depending on availability. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance.

Please reach out to confirm service availability in your area.

What if I am not already a member at Kilo Club?

Kilo Club operates as a limited-access gym designed to avoid the large crowds common in traditional commercial gyms. Membership is capped, and there is often a waitlist that can take several months depending on availability.

Clients who commit to personal training are eligible to bypass the waitlist and activate membership more quickly. Please note that a separate Kilo Club membership fee is required in addition to personal training sessions for anyone training at the facility.

Membership is required for all clients training at Kilo Club.

What should I wear to my training sessions?

We recommend wearing workout clothes that allow freedom of movement, such as shorts or yoga pants and a t-shirt or tank top.

Shoes are not permitted on the mats during Muay Thai sessions. Athletic shoes should be worn for strength training.

Can you work with people who have specific medical or physical conditions?

You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before beginning training. Fight Flow Fitness does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

Consult with your physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a known medical condition or injury.

Training can be adjusted within the scope of personal training. Medical evaluation and treatment must be handled by a licensed healthcare professional.

How much do personal training sessions cost?

 Pricing varies based on:

  • Training style
  • Location
  • Equipment need
  • Session frequency
  • Private or small group format

The most accurate way to discuss pricing is through a short phone call so we can determine what structure best fits your needs.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

We provide a free trial session so you can experience the training structure before committing. Smaller service packages are available for shorter commitments.

Sessions must be used within one year of purchase.
